Once upon a time all food was organic.  So much of our health is up to us.  It is not a 2 week diet...diets are not sustainable.  It takes hard work and commitment....but there is no better feeling.   Holistic nutrition uses food as the foundation to help individuals reach balance in their mental and physical health by using nutrients that fuel our bodies to have maximum energy, health and vitality.  There is no one-size-fits-all approach.  A certain food can be medicine to one and poison to another.  Everyone has their own biochemical individuality.  Making the right food and lifestyle choices can prevent many health problems and diseases.  Prevention is key.  You are not alone in this battle...this is my job to educate you.   It’s about learning what makes your body feel energized, balanced and vibrant!

We are what we eat and further more, what we absorb.   A single food can be nourishment to one and poison to another.  Health isn't a 2 week diet.  It takes hard work and commitment, especially with the busy lives we live and all the confusing advertisements we see everyday, everywhere.  Nutrition is our fuel.

 

Nutrition is fuel to our body.  The closer foods are to the garden and fields - the more energy, vitality and nutrients we will get from them.

For 35 years I’ve dealt with a history of health issues such as; arthritis, high cholesterol,
painful gut, muscle spasms, back pain, irritated skin conditions, sluggishness, tiring
days and restless night sleeps.

 

Consuming precribed medication wasn’t the answer. In fact, the medications
actually promoted side affects which contributed to a few of the issues, the rest were
painful reaction and exhaustion from unhealthy food choices.
